Managing Subscriptions#

You can manage the puck tools instance by clicking on the user icon in the top right corner.

Manage account#

In the account management section, you can update your personal information, change your password, and manage your notification preferences. This section allows you to:

• Edit your profile information (name, email, profile picture)
• Update your password
• Set up two-factor authentication
• Manage email notification settings
• View your account activity history
• Delete your account if needed

Manage organization#

The organization management section allows administrators to control team access and settings. Here you can:

• Add or remove team members
• Assign roles and permissions to users
• Update organization details (name, logo)

Manage Subscription#

In the subscription management section, you can view and modify your current subscription plan. This includes:

• View your current subscription plan and billing cycle
• Upgrade or downgrade your subscription
• Update payment methods
• View billing history and download invoices
• Set up auto-renewal preferences
• Cancel your subscription if needed
