Connection Problems#

If you're experiencing connection issues:

1. Check your network connection
2. Verify that the Puck agent is running
3. Ensure you allow DNS requests for the puck.tools domain

Confusing results#

Each puck is unique. Make sure you only run the puck from one location. Running the puck from multiple locations will cause inconsistent test results.
