Welcome to Puck Tools ("Service") brought to you by Offensive Context ("We"). By using our Service, you agree to the terms outlined below.

The service provides tools that are designed run on your own computer system ("Software" or "Agent") and communicate with our internet-hosted systems to generate connectivity reports. The Service operates on a best-effort basis and does not guarantee the absence of false positives or immediate comprehensive results.

User Conduct#

Ethical use of our Service and Software is required at all times.

You are responsible for:

1. Providing accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update this information as necessary.
2. Validating any results provided by the Service.
3. Ensuring the Software is properly installed and kept up to date.
4. The security and integrity of your systems while using the Service.

Offensive Context maintains ownership of the Service, Agent, and all associated features and functionality. These are protected under international laws governing copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights.

No Warranty and Limitations of Liability#

The Service and Agent are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of the Service.

Renewals#

All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the term. Saved payment methods will be used unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Cancellation#

Subscribers can cancel at any time in their account settings. Access remains until the end of the billing period. See Managing Subscriptions

Termination#

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service at any time without notice.

Changes to Terms#

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will provide notice of any material changes to these Terms through our website or via email.
